Winning the Nancy Murray Cup with Armagh after three years of trying. Winning the Purcell Cup last year was a great moment also.

To retain the Purcell Cup

4) Who is your favourite camogie player?
Jane Adams

5) If you could be one person for one day who would it be?
Lady GaGa, it would be interesting to see what goes on in that head of hers.

6) If you could play for one other team, who would it be?
Wexford county team, it would be good to see how training goes with like fifty at it. I’m not used to that at all.

7) Favourite thing about camogie?
The craic is always great, the Queen’s camogs nights out are never a letdown.

8) Least favourite thing?
Training at half 8 on a Sunday morning, and the black and blue legs and arms with bruises.

9) Who is the biggest joker in the college team and who is the worst trainer?
Definitely Caoimhe McKenna, always has everyone laughing.

10) If you weren’t playing camogie what sport would you play?
Most likely Gaelic Football, but outside GAA maybe tennis.

11) What would you like to improve in your game?
I really want to build up my strength so I can tackle harder and be able to take a tough tackle better.

12) How do you propose to use your scholarship?
It will go towards equipment and petrol for me to travel to training and coaching sessions for the underage teams.

13) In ten year’s time where do you see yourself?
Hopefully teaching in a school with a camogie/hurling team and being part of the management. I would also hope that I would still be playing camogie myself.
